During the opening ceremony of the Youth Science Conference, cross-regional and cross-disciplinary dialogue activities will be held, such as the Youth Open Forum, the China-Europe Young Scientists Dialogue on the Future (Europe Session) and the Global Young Science and Technology Leaders Roundtable; academic frontier and industrial matchmaking activities, such as the International Symposium on Carbon Energy, the Big Health Forum, the International Forum on Optometric Innovation and Development, and the Hard Technology Investment and Financing Matchmaking Meeting; and wisdom-sharing activities to promote the spirit of scientists, such as the Pineapple Science Prize Award Ceremony and Science Sharing in Schools.

It is understood that this year, the Youth Science Council will go abroad for the first time, in November in Brussels, Belgium to hold a dialogue between young scientists from China and Europe on the future. The event will be jointly organized by more than 20 international science and technology organizations and famous European universities.

In addition, around the theme of "the future of science and technology is in the youth", the Youth Open Forum is newly planned this year, with the innovative form of combining science, humanities and arts, and the carrier of the landscape space of Yongjia Academy of Learning from Nature, to stimulate the spirit of science, original innovation and youth dreams, and to create the characteristic brand activities of "cross-border integration" of the Youth Science Association.

The first phase of the incubator is fully operational, the World Young Scientists Business Park has many projects, the total scale of the World Young Scientists Business Fund exceeds 10 billion yuan, and the World Young Scientists Summer Academy has reached joint training intentions with West Lake University, Zhijiang Laboratory, Oujiang Laboratory, Alibaba and so on.

Wang Zhenyong, vice mayor of Wenzhou City, introduced that the three sessions of the Youth Science Conference have brought Wenzhou the catalytic effect of the integration of the "three worlds", the driving effect of the summit to attract talents, and the multiplier effect of science and innovation empowerment, with a total of 65 key projects, 34 high-powered innovation platforms and 304 industrialization projects signed in the past three years, and 827 high-level talents signed in. On the list of the first 194 innovation bases of "Science and Technology Innovation China" announced in August this year, Wenzhou has 4 relevant platforms on the list, ranking first among the 65 pilot cities.

At present, Wenzhou is putting the city's efforts to promote the preparatory work of the Youth Science Conference, the provincial and municipal Youth Science Conference Executive Committee has been set up and will start to work centrally after the National Day, and all the guarantee work of the summit has been carried out orderly according to the promotion plan. Especially, in order to promote the project of YCS more efficiently, Wenzhou has set up a special team to plan and supervise the results of YCS to ensure that the "first half" of the results of YCS and the "second half" of the article are planned well in advance.
